Today's 3 Self-Care Micro-Moments: Starting the new year strong!
Time needed: Under 2 minutes each
1. Morning Reset (30 seconds)
What: Before checking phone, stretch arms up and set one intention for today
Notice: How your body feels waking up, what you need most today
Why: Creates mindful transition into workday, reduces reactive mode
2. Desk Pause (45 seconds)
What: Roll shoulders back, adjust posture, take three slow breaths
Notice: Areas of tension, quality of breathing
Why: Reduces physical strain, increases body awareness
3. Connection Start (30 seconds)
What: Share a quick "looking forward to..." message with a colleague
Notice: How small connections shape your workday energy
Why: Sets positive social tone, builds workplace relationships
