    Notice: How nature persists everywhere, where life finds a way, your natural curiosity awakening

    Why: Expands definition of "nature," trains attention to find living systems, reduces nature deficit

    Sensory Nature Dialogue (90 seconds)

    What: With found nature element:

      - Feel texture with fingertips

      - Notice scents (soil, leaf, air)

      - Listen for nature sounds (birds, wind, leaves)

      - Observe colors and light variations

      - Track any movement (breeze effect, insect activity)

    Notice: How sensory engagement deepens connection, which sense activates strongest nature link, where body relaxes

    Why: Builds multisensory nature relationship, activates parasympathetic system, creates nature literacy

    Nature Relationship Building (120 seconds)

    What: Creating ongoing connection:
