Expectation Mapping (90 seconds)

What: Identify current misalignments:

- Notice what you expected to happen

- See what actually occurred

- Feel the gap between them

- Write down both versions briefly

- Mark places where expectations exceed reality

Notice: Physical tension around unmet expectations, where you hold rigid ideas, what feels disappointing

Why: Creates awareness of expectation patterns, reduces automatic reactions, enables conscious adjustment

Reality Anchoring (90 seconds)

What: Adjust to what is:

- Take three breaths acknowledging reality

- Name what’s actually possible right now

- Accept current limitations with “This is what is”

- Find what’s workable within constraints

- Release one unrealistic expectation
