Purpose: Defining realistic "good" for today's energy and circumstances

    Reality Check (60 seconds)

What: Quick scan of current resources:

- Rate energy level (1-10)

- Note quality of rest/recovery

- Check emotional weather

- Acknowledge any challenges

Notice: What's actually available today, where pressure points are, what needs extra care

Why: Creates realistic baseline, reduces perfectionism, enables sustainable pace

    Good-Enough Defining (60 seconds)

What: Set today's compassionate standards:

- Name 3 things that truly matter today

- Identify bare minimum for each

- Choose one place to lower standards

- Find one spot to be imperfect

Notice: Relief when adjusting expectations, what becomes possible, where "good" naturally lives

Why: Builds self-trust, reduces overwhelm, maintains wellbeing

    Permission Anchoring (60 seconds)

What: Give yourself clear permissions:

- "Today it's enough to..."

- "I can let go of..."

- "It's okay if..."

- "I trust myself to..."
