2-Minute Accomplishment Celebration Reset
Time needed: 2 minutes
Setting: After completing any task or goal
Purpose: Honoring achievements to build motivation and satisfaction
Achievement Savoring (120 seconds)
What: Acknowledge and celebrate completion:
- Pause completely after finishing
- Place hand on heart
- State specifically what you accomplished
- Notice physical sensations of completion
- Identify one aspect that took effort
- Recognize what this achievement demonstrates about you
- Create small physical celebration gesture (smile, arms up, thumbs up)
- Say "I acknowledge this completion"
Notice: How celebration feels different from rushing ahead, where accomplishment registers in body, what shifts when you pause
Why: Completes motivation cycle, builds accomplishment awareness, creates positive reinforcement
