What: Place one hand on heart, one on belly. Acknowledge current challenge or messy moment: "This too is part of my becoming." Take three breaths feeling connection between hands.

Notice: Any resistance to current reality, where tenderness appears, how compassion changes experience

Why: Creates holding space for difficulty, reduces self-judgment, contextualizes struggles within larger journey

Growth Mapping (60 seconds)

What: On paper or mentally trace your hand. On each finger, note one way you're growing or changing, even if uncomfortable. In palm, write/imagine one quality supporting you through change.

Notice: Balance of challenge and support, unexpected growth areas, what feels most alive

Why: Reframes challenges as development, acknowledges multiple growth dimensions, identifies resources

Unfinished Permission (60 seconds)

What: Complete these phrases:
