Honoring Your Truth: 3-Minute Authentic Reset

Time needed: 3 minutes (1 minute each)

Setting: Anytime you feel disconnected or overwhelmed

Purpose: Reconnecting with your authentic self beneath expectations

1. Permission Pause (60 seconds)

What:Place one hand on heart, take three deep breaths. Silently say: "I give myself permission to be exactly as I am right now."

Notice: Where resistance appears, what needs to be acknowledged, how your body responds to permission

Why: Creates safe container for authenticity, releases performance pressure, honors current reality

2. Truth Window (60 seconds)

What: Ask yourself: "What is actually true for me right now?" Listen without judgment for what emerges. Note what feels resonant in your body.

Notice: The difference between "shoulds" and truths, where truth creates relief, what wisdom appears

Why: Builds self-trust, cultivates inner listening, connects to deeper knowing

3. Honoring Action (60 seconds)

What: Based on your truth, choose one tiny aligned action. Something small that honors what you actually need.

Notice: How alignment feels in your body, what becomes possible with authenticity, where ease emerges

Why: Bridges awareness with action, builds integrity, creates self-trust

Closing: Whisper "This is my truth now"
