    What: Standing in center of kitchen, slowly turn in complete circle. Notice:

      - Three perfect circles (pot lids, plates, knobs)

      - Two interesting rectangles (cabinet doors, cutting boards)

      - One unexpected curved line (faucet, handle, utensil)

      - Hidden geometric patterns you've never noticed

    Notice: How shapes create kitchen architecture, where your eyes naturally travel, patterns previously invisible

    Why: Refreshes visual perception, reveals overlooked details, transforms ordinary into extraordinary

    Color Immersion (90 seconds)

    What: Stay in same position or move around kitchen:

      - Find three different shades of the same color

      - Notice how light changes color in different areas

      - Identify most vibrant and most subtle color

      - Discover unexpected color combinations

      - Let one color fully absorb your attention

    Notice: Emotional response to different colors, color relationships, how kitchen palette affects mood

    Why: Enhances color perception, builds sensory appreciation, creates new relationship with space

    Shape-Color Integration (120 seconds)

    What: Moving gently through kitchen:

      - Touch one object with interesting shape AND color

      - Notice how shape and color enhance each other

      - Arrange three objects creating pleasing visual relationship

      - Look at kitchen from unusual angle (crouching, from doorway)

      - See kitchen as artist might frame it

    Notice: How intentional seeing transforms everyday space, what beauty emerges, visual composition
