3-Minute Kindness Ripples

Time needed: 3 minutes (1 minute each)

Setting: Any time, anywhere

Purpose: Creating genuine micro-moments of kindness that benefit both giver and receiver

Self-Kindness Seed (60 seconds)

What: Pause and offer yourself kindness first:

- Place hand on heart

- Ask "What would feel kind right now?"

- Do one tiny act of self-kindness

(adjust posture, stretch, get water, positive self-talk)

Notice: How receiving your own kindness feels, any resistance, where kindness lands

Why: Builds self-kindness foundation, enables authentic giving, models self-care

Stealth Kindness (60 seconds)

What: Create one invisible act of kindness:

- Silently wish someone well

- Tidy shared space

- Leave resource/item someone might need

- Hold space for someone's emotion

Notice: Joy of anonymous giving, freedom from recognition, natural generosity arising

Why: Removes ego from kindness, builds quiet generosity, creates positive ripples

Connection Kindness (60 seconds)

What: Share one tiny direct kindness:

- Notice and name someone's effort

- Share specific appreciation

- Make someone's task easier

- Offer presence without fixing

Notice: How genuine kindness flows naturally, what opens in connection, where warmth grows

Why: Strengthens social bonds, builds kindness momentum, creates positive feedback loops
