    Inspiration Embodiment (60 seconds)

What: Amplify and integrate feeling:

- Create gesture that expresses inspiration

- Find three words capturing its essence

- Imagine inspiration as color flowing through you

- Connect inspiration to one small action today

- Carry feeling forward with breath
