- Match breath to movement rhythm
- Let hands lead without planning

2. Intuitive Drawing Pause (3 minutes)
What: With paper and pen/pencil:

- Open eyes, follow where line wants to go
- Add three marks that feel satisfying
- Let drawing emerge without judgment

3. Mindful Photography Moment (4 minutes)
What: Using phone camera or simply looking:
- Find three different qualities of light
- Frame one ordinary object in new way
- Capture/notice texture that draws you
- Focus on single color in environment
